I'm back! Sorry for the long hiatus. Me and Mat have recently moved into a new home. We are now officially owner of this beautiful apartment. Buying a new home is extremely stressful, especially when you don't know what you are doing half the time. There were many nights of tears due to stress, but now that we have moved in, everything seems somehow worth it. Our new home is beautiful, it is a trillion better than we imagined. The building was built in 1919, it was a major producer of wool fabrics back in the days and was converted into apartments in 2006. It is a very interesting building as it is a great marriage of modern architecture and the warehouse's past. There's nothing about this place which I don't love. By the way, it is pet friendly, so hopefully we'll be able to add a kitty into this family in the next few weeks.

That's awesome news! Congratulations. It's so nice have your own place. I couldn't wipe the grin off my face for about a year!
ReplyDeleteI like a bit of honey vodka, with apple juice I can imagine it would be delicious, but there's only so much apple product my stomach can handle :(
